I paid for a year’s subscription. The app doesn’t work. I have contacted app support and no one has responded. It has been over 3 months.

My daughter has had this game on her tablet for almost a year. It’s a redundant cycle of little mini games about bees. It briefly explains the jobs of each bee in the colony and how they are pollinators. There’s a bee fight, a baby bee shape sorter, you can plant 8 little seeds and water them, and a few more. It’s pretty unimpressive to me, and doesn’t require much skill in comparison to other apps on the tablet. There are so many puzzle and educational game apps on the tablet, all free with the exception of abc mouse, but she chooses this game every time. The game has always been free, as I feel it should be.. but today upon updating the app, it’s now a $3/weekly subscription or $35 a year!!? Are you kidding me? I pay for abc mouse because it’s an in depth learning program that has different profiles for each of my kids. It has a seemingly endless amount of games, puzzles, activities and “worksheets”. There’s rewards and pets, a store where you can “buy” items with your tickets you earn. This game should not be this expensive! There’s nothing to it. I get everything can’t be free. I’d pay 99 cents for what it is.. sure. $1.99, fine. But a subscription, I don’t think so. Thanks for breaking my 4 year old’s heart and making her cry when she brought it to me to show me it wasn’t working. You should’ve stated in the update info that you were going to price gouge upon update completion, I would’ve just kept the old version for as long as possible.
