Learn to tell the time easily and in a fun way with ClockWise! The app is easy to use and suitable for all ages, young and old.

With different exercises and difficulty levels, this is the most comprehensive and free clock-learning app in the AppStore! The app was developed in collaboration with a teacher to provide the best support for outside and inside school. ClockWise provides support with 2 different types of clocks, analog and digital, for each exercise!

ClockWise is specially made for children, discover the convenience. The ease and cheerful children make practicing fun in a playful way! For each answer, clear feedback is given in an interactive way, visually and audio. Children can therefore use the app completely independently, but practicing together with your child makes it even more fun.

All assignments are clearly spoken in Dutch. With every correct answer, the time is spoken. You can also record your own voice! Make it even more personal and recognizable for your child. This encourages practice.

ClockWise has 4 exercises:

'Give the correct answer'. Look at the clock, give the correct answer from 3 choices!
'Finds the right picture'. Read the question carefully, choose the right clock!
'Set the clock'. Read the question carefully, adjust the clock!
'Quiz!'. Look carefully at the clock, pay attention to the number of minutes that comes next!

ClockWise has 5 difficulty levels:

Whole hours
Half hours
Quarters
10 minutes
5 minutes

Works with Hue! Discover the new, innovative and most playful way of watching the clock in combination with HUE! A special addition to KlokWijs. This is one less reason not to learn to watch the clock :)

Pay attention! This functionality only works in combination with Philips Hue colored bulbs.

How the subscription works:

All app users have access to practice, alone, the whole hours. Upgrade to a premium subscription package at any time.
Subscribers get full access to all exercises.
All recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the expense of the chosen package.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will expire when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
Subscriptions can be managed by the user and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's account settings after purchase.
Your subscription is for your iTunes account and can be used on your iOS device.
Payments will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions cannot be canceled during the active subscription period.

Recent reviews

I downloaded cause I was looking for a moveable clock (this app didn’t have it) for a kids homework. You have to subscribe to see what the app offers but if you subscribe for a year you are offered a 3 day trial. I agreed and after opening the app and seeing it didn’t have what I needed I immediately went in and canceled my subscription within the hour only to receive an email later in the day saying I was charged 10.99! So much for the three day trial! Now I’m waiting for Apple to review my dispute of charges.

My daughter is 6 and struggles a little in school, they are learning about time and how to tell time on clocks. I searched online for the best apps to teach children how to tell time and read clocks. This app had one of the highest reviews. I was excited to try it out but the app keeps closing out after about 2-3 minutes of use. That is very frustrating as I was about to subscribe to the premium subscription but I will not pay for the premium subscription when it continually closes. I have the latest update on my iPhone and a newer iPhone. I don’t have any other issues with other apps besides this new app that I just downloaded. PLEASE HELP so we can use this app to assist with teaching our youngest how to read digital and analog clocks. If I can get some assistance I would gladly change to 5 ⭐️ Thanks in advance for your help!! 3/1/2023

I purchased this application for my 4-year-old who is learning to tell time. Sadly, I won’t be using it since it is ad-based and requires a subscription for additional features that should be included at the base price. As a teacher and a parent, I will not subject my child to pointless ads and refuse to have a subscription for an application that has such a basic premise. This is a paid app. In my opinion, Apple should not allow developers to embed advertising on applications designed for children. If the developer wants to charge additional money to offset development costs, it should be rolled into the price of the application. I gave the application 2 stars because it seems like it would be fun for kids. If it were me, I would not purchase this application — look for another one that does not expose your child to pointless advertising and subscription costs.
