Very intuitive and quick to set up.

Frequent unexpected charges and weekly subscription charges, often after starting or during a free trial.
Difficult cancellation process with slow or no responses from support.
Free trial is misrepresented; charges immediately and paywalls block basic functionality (bait-and-switch).
Account/login issues, including password reset problems and Google sign-in password recognition.

Recent reviews

It should be ZERO stars. I took advantage of the free trial and cancelled before the end of it and they are STILL trying to collect their money after i cancelled it. Even with proof it was cancelled before the free trial ended. They are crooks. And Apple is zero help. They keep your banking information after you cancel.
