Gotta be honest here, this is a rather terrible bit of software- surprising coming from a big name like Asus. Not sure how it is for everything, but I use the app for my ROG CETRA earbuds. The earbuds are fantastic, and the equalizer is wonderful- when it works, which is roughly 40% of the time. App sometimes takes MINUTES to connect to my earbuds. Why would I waste my time when there are devices with far superior software out there (Apple, Samsung, Marshall, even Razer 🤦‍♂️)? I do get a lot of compliments on them, but c’mon guys. “Connecting” for several minutes is UNACCEPTABLE and y’all know it. It should be connected by DEFAULT and I should not have to log in just for my equalizer settings to load EVERY time I pull them out of the case. Step it up, guys. Cheers.

just got my ROG Centra open wireless today and it would not appear on the app at all. I’ve used both an iPhone and an android phone. Make sure they’re both up-to-date. Use both the USB-C and Bluetooth as well as them separately and for the life of me cannot get it to show up in the app. so I essentially lose access to immersion mode, custom EQ, and turning off the RGB.
