Features & Capabilities

After the collapse of the Super Boys organization, Boot City is ruled by rival gangs. One vigilante decides enough is enough. Smash Club drops you into a chaotic, retro-inspired arcade brawler with 50 playable characters to form your own vigilante gang and clean up the city. Wield a wild arsenal—from swords and pipes to bombs, dogs, bikes, and tanks—and smash your way through waves of enemies.

Features include local and online multiplayer (connect 2-4 MFi controllers to the same device), achievements, and a soundtrack by Matthew Pablo. Announced by Elliot Gindi, Smash Club is an indie project from Mooff Games now rebranded as Four Fats, dedicated to chaotic, over-the-top action.

User Reviews

Smash Club is praised as a fun, well-made arcade brawler with a Renegade-like vibe and satisfying combat. However, users report premium purchase issues, steep difficulty with unbalanced bosses, and several bugs (local co-op, training mode, progress loss). Many also want more content, including additional characters, more levels, endless mode, and new modes. Overall, it offers solid gameplay but needs polish and more content.
Pros
  • Fun arcade-style beat-em-up with satisfying combat and retro vibes.
  • Nostalgic Renegade-inspired feel with engaging bosses and varied characters.
  • Polished presentation and smooth, enjoyable gameplay.
  • Highly regarded on iOS for its action and arcade rhythm.
Cons
  • Premium upgrade purchases can be charged without granting benefits and may not restore after reinstall.
  • Difficulty is very high and bosses feel unbalanced, with limited revives.
  • Bugs and missing features: local co-op doesn’t work, training bag in practice mode is broken, and progress can be lost after updates.
  • Requests for more content: additional characters, more levels, endless mode and new modes.

The boss fights are stupidly overpowered bearwolf spamming the absolute HELL of the Grabbing move,Raven is overrated in this game. The final final boss is too easy. And I can’t watch the ads in the game to give me a life

I really like this game, it’s very well made, but I have a major issue that is frankly unacceptable. I wanted to show the devs some support, so I purchased the premium upgrade. However, despite being charged for it, I received none of the benefits. I want to say this is a simple mistake, possibly even on my end, but the fact of the matter is that I still wasted money, and I’m incredibly frustrated by that.
