What good is a security system if you can’t use or access it? On too many occasions the system won’t open. All I get is a blank screen so i can’t use the remote option for locking or unlocking the system. I’m paying more for this TMC system so at the very least it ought to work.

Is there a -10 option for the rating? I have to reinstall this app so often it’s frustrating! For every little event, I need to reinstall and reset up again
