If you choose a subscription, you can manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple ID settings: open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions (or App Store > profile icon > Subscriptions), select Expat Tracker, and tap Cancel Subscription. After canceling, access continues until the end of your current billing period, and deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
