I turned every camera setting on still won’t work

This is kinda creepy but it did not do what I thought and wanted it to do. I thought, “ iPad's are not able to send Memoji videos in messages so maybe I should get this app!” But instead I learned that it just looks like so creepy so I wrote two stars because at least I have one other than NONE!
