I just started using this app. I needed an easy app bcoz I didn’t work out for a year due to injuries. The fact theres a beginner work out, its also achievable. Some apps go straight to hardcore work out even though you’re just starting out. In a small amount of time, I can work out in between lunch. I like the fact that the work out eases you up to a higher intensity. It works well esp for people that have never work out before or I who was injured and coming back to working out. Glad I found this app.
