Recent reviews

I read a lot of reviews asking why their are holds and a limited amount of copies. The reason is due to the copyright agreements. The one problem I have with the app is the freeze hold mechanic. For some reason if you unfreeze your hold, you will lose the hold. Not sure if this is a glitch but it has happened multiple times. If someone could look into this I’m sure a lot of people would be grateful.
