SmartPresence DataCapture

SmartPresence DataCapture is an attendance and payroll tool that uses face recognition, GPS lock, and server-time validation to deliver accurate attendance data and streamline payroll exports via REST API. The system runs in the background, supports auto-synchronization, and operates with or without cellular data while including anti-fraud enrollment checks and device integrity protections.

The platform includes a Web Dashboard, the SmartPresence DataCapture app, and the SmartPresence Employee app. It offers self-enrollment, configurable attendance permissions, and a configurable similarity threshold (default 40%) to prevent fraudulent access.
