This doesn’t just help overcome porn. It helps change your whole entire life for the better. You’ll get equipped to overcome this addiction and realize how it’s been affecting other parts of your life without you even knowing it. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!!

I am enjoying this app and the program. Being able to check in and learn patterns or notice habits after a few months is helpful. For some like myself, finding real life accountability is hard and though it can be hard to find groups to start 6 month program with on the app, I am so so grateful for the few accountability partners I have. Even though I am struggling with Christianity, I can’t say whether or not it’s too faith forward for someone who hates the faith/God or not but it speaks on real life experiences and is helpful. NEUROLOGICAL and SPIRITUAL insight. Above all, experience and care. As a woman, you may be tempted to use some videos directing things towards men as a reason to not keep fighting the addiction but please don’t!!! I can be discouraging and annoying as we search for help with freedom. However, there is room for you and we deserve to see ourselves go through this journey!!
