Recent reviews

While the app has potential to assist you in managing your rentals, any issues that arise are impossible to troubleshoot. I paid for the pro version in hopes of having a support line in case I run into any issues and I can not seem to get any technical support. Their call line is over 3 weeks out to give a call back. Frankly I think another solution for rental property management needs to be considered.

The app somehow is not formatted for mobile. It is literally a mobile app….yet it does not work with a mobile phone. During set up and while looking at the home screen right after set up, I CANNOT SCROLL DOWN OR UP. There is plenty more to see but you can’t scroll. I almost couldn’t complete set up because it wouldn’t let me scroll down to the yes or no question.
