I am beyond disappointed with how the Game of Sultans support team handles serious players safety issues. I have been subjected to constant bullying, harassment, and dehumanization. Other players have gone as far as to insult and slander me with derogatory comments that no one should have to endure. Despite providing the ‘Loyalty Team’ with clear screenshots evidence of these vile attacks, their only response was to tell me to ‘just block them’ They claimed the offenders did nothing wrong, essentially giving a pass to toxic behavior that ruins the game for everyone else. It is disheartening to see a game I’ve invested time into allow such a hostile environment to thrive. If you value your mental well-being and expect developers to actually uphold their own community standards, stay away. The lack of accountability from the staff is just as bad as the harassment itself.

If you’re on a budget, this game is not right for you. It’s strictly pay to win. Also, my server has been dead since the pandemic, and since we can’t take our progress to other servers, we are stuck.
