My name is Claudia McCoy and I am the owner of Fit4Athletes LLC. I earned my degree in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training in Germany in 1992 and work as an Athletic Performance Trainer and Ironman University certified Triathlon coach in the Tampa Bay area as well as online. After moving to the US in 2002 I advanced my knowledge base with an emphasis on Athletic Performance and Corrective Exercise with the following certifications:
