There was no clear communication unless prior to downloading the app that the points you earn can only be redeem by then having to apply for their prepaid Visa card or Aeon Banking or Credit card to use the point. These is after doing some digging into their site. Their claim “not an ordinary member card” is such a joke. It claim easy point redemption. Nothing easy about it if we are req to apply for their “Member Plus Visa Prepaid Card” which “anyone” can apply. There is a a RM12 annual fee for the prepaid card, 1st yr waived. Points are only worth 200/$1. Poor value considering the fee to keep the card. Also most of the increase points on purchase have to be done with one of their card or load up $ on their wallet via bank aka cash. If buying anything aside from grocery like electronics, not using my cc means I do not have free extended warranty coverage that comes with my card. The only real benefit is 2 Hr free parking w the prepaid Visa card and if you are living here & shop at aeon a lot. There was mentioned “safe & secure” that you get protected when card is lost or stolen by contacting them immediately. Prepaid card is the weakest consumer protection. At the moment, what they states means nothing. Under their clause 14, even if you report it in a “as soon as reasonably practical” after you discovered loss or unauthorized use is weak & vague policy. There is no protection on your money on the card. If you realize funds is being used or card you just might be able to not lose more if their is any left. In the modern day of Malaysia, having touch & go or duit. Their prepaid Visa card an in convenience & ipo costly unless you request them enough to off set the parking fees

I was wondering why it had so bad review until I tried it. Can’t even submit IC for member registration. Just horrible.

A big company but failed to support the network requirement. Customer can’t access to account using the fund to pay. What’s wrong?
