It would be real easy to 'fix' this game. read all of the viewer complaints and adjust the game. What happened here is that the game ended up being promoted by the app store and the developers got their money. they will probably never fix the game.

Surprising depth that would keep me coming back for more were it not for how poorly the app handles landscape on XS Max. The game and inventory screen, which are side-by-side in landscape, fail to take advantage of the screen area (ie, both are quite small in landscape) and the inventory appears shaded. In other words, the UI—too small and dark in landscape mode—interferes with what otherwise would be an exceptional experience. Note that SQ requires a great deal of inventory management (read: screen taps), which makes switching back and forth so often in portrait mode feel quite onerous. It just doesn’t feel good to play in its current state.

Kind of cute if you just want to walk around and swat at things for a little while. There are also some little secrets to discover, which is always fun. Everything is random, however, and while the monsters gradually get tougher, your skills and equipment don’t keep pace. There’s almost no sense of progression from game to game, and achieving the hardest objectives seems laughably unlikely. There’s also a “crafting” ability which doesn’t seem to do anything. All in all, it’s a game that’s fun to explore for a while but which is too disconnected and luck-based to be satisfying in the long run.
