I cannot view the video files outside the INNOVV app. When I share a file there is no video. Just a file name and a file with a .ts extension. In my case, this makes the videos I capture useless.

Need update very bad app

I would like to see this system work better. Hardware is nice stuff. The app has some bugs. My biggest problem is the live stream causes the dvr to shut down after about 20 seconds. It took me hours to finally figure out the cause of these mysterious shut downs. Video transfer to phone via wifi is really too slow to use often.
