I have to constantly add my son over and over and it’s not accurate most of the time

As a student, I’m gonna be honest and respectful. Almost every single day, the bus app just doesn’t give complete accuracy on where it is. There have been countless/plenty of times Wherr the bus app says it’s 6.3 miles away, when it’s LITERALLY at my bus stop. Because of this happening I’ve missed my bus COUNTLESS of times. And I’m not the only one this keeps happening to.
