2026-06-07	Dr*****	Why is zero stars not an option? Again, I find myself unable to collect daily gifts on my iPhone. Zynga repeatedly states that this is my fault. I do not have my game updated, I am supposedly NOT collecting my free gift on purpose. Funny, everyone else using an Apple device is having the exact same issue. After I let zynga know about their issue, that is preventing me from collecting my daily gift… zynga was able to quickly resolve their internal issue the first time, after I alerted zynga to it affecting all apple device users. This time, I am still unable to collect my free daily gift. Why does zynga have a problem with apple devices? I hope zynga realizes that having an unstable gaming platform is the main reason why I stopped making purchases. The game itself is fun, when it functions properly. The ever increasing daily quests (bets/wins) are crazy high. Sometimes I do not complete them on purpose, only because I do not want zynga thinking I am going to complete bets/wins that are over the amount in my bank. The game is not fun, when it is turned into a second job. Nobody wants to spend 6+ hours attempting to complete the Legendary Quests. I have 6 accounts, 4 accounts are retired now, because zynga has stolen coins from me, or zynga has not correctly awarded me for completing something I already completed (paintings & cards). The only thing zynga wants, is for you to repeatedly purchase coin packages… It is not worth it! You do not get anything for playing. After spending way too much money, you could earn the Iron Throne. But it really is not worth the thousands of dollars some people spend to play. I still can NOT believe one friend said they spent $35k in one month!? I might purchase a kingdom pass in the future, but only if the tasks are achievable. Overall NOT worth the money!
