Poor customer service and unresponsiveness (hang-ups, no callbacks, unprofessional handling of cancellations).
Delivery delays and false COD promises; shipments often do not arrive or take excessive time.
Items not as described or defective; multiple reports of wrong or non-working products and failed replacements.
Payment issues and COD confusion, including credit card payments getting stuck and being forced to COD.
Difficulty contacting support; phone lines are busy and there is little or no follow-up for issue resolution.

This app needs some updates, there is an option to pay with credit card but it stuck and than when you cancel it immediately change way of payment to cash on delivery
