Requesting your Local help is easy – here’s how it works:

• Just open the app and select what you need.
• The app uses your location so it can find the closest services providers in your area.
• You can also select an alternative location if you need work done at a different place.
• If a service provider makes an offer on your job post they will appear for you to select. You can check their qualifications and reviews before you engage them.
• Once you have selected them, they will confirm they are on their way.
• You’ll see your service provider, and can track their arrival on the map.
• Payment is made by credit card on completion of the job.
• After the job complete, you can rate your service provider and give valuable feedback to evaluate your experience. You’ll also get a tax receipt by email.

• Create an account.
• Specify all the services you're able to do.
• Confirm the maximum radius you wish to be notified for a job. This distance will move with you so you can even get another job while you’re working in a different location.
• Update your photo and any proof of qualifications you feel are relevant. i.e. Blue Card for child minding, or electricians license.
• When your available for work, simply go to your homepage and browse through your job board to select and make an offer on your job of choice. -A service seeker will get in touch if they have any questions or if they accept your offer.
