The app will not sync to my account at the vet’s office and we have confirmed email several times. No technical help through app. Horrible.

The app does not talk to the business to sync appointments. For example, I get an email or app notification push that my pet is due for important services. I call the vet office and make an appointment. I will continue to get texts and app notification pushes to make an appointment. I use this app to track purchases so I can get the $50 off, but that’s about it.
