Skymee shows promise with its smart feeder/camera concept, but the app suffers from widespread reliability issues: persistent WiFi/connectivity problems, login errors, and buffering/crashes, plus unreliable feeding schedules. Updates and support are inconsistent. The main value lies in the hardware's capabilities, but repeated outages make the app difficult to rely on.
I have had this pet feeder for quite a while. It took my daughter forever to get it set up and this was a few years ago. I recently changed my Internet provider and since then I have not been able to get this feeder to connect to my new server now I keep getting error message after error message and I’m just over it. I suggest unless you were able to speak Chinese it’s not a good product to take and use in the United States.
This app used to be great. I love watching the strays and wildlife. It will randomly sign me out and not matter what I do I can’t get back in. Finally after some time it will randomly sign me back in. I don’t know what’s going on but it’s super frustrating.
