User Reviews

Users praise the app for friendly drivers and low prices, and see it as a valuable option for those without a car or needing transit connections. However, recurring issues include lack of advance scheduling, map/location inaccuracies, stability/login problems, unreliable dispatch, and long or unpredictable waits—often worsened by transit-center drop-off rules. Overall sentiment is mixed: strong value and service quality in rides, but persistent UX and reliability problems.
Pros
  • Friendly drivers and courteous phone reps.
  • Very competitive price / unbeatable value.
  • Valuable for people without a car or needing transit connections; essential for accessibility.
  • Service appears to be improving as more drivers join and coverage expands.
Cons
  • No advance scheduling and a cumbersome ride-request flow (many taps).
  • Location/map accuracy issues, mismatched addresses, and service-area pin restrictions.
  • Frequent login/verification failures and app crashes; reliability is inconsistent.
  • Unreliable dispatch with cancellations and poor driver communication.
  • Long, unpredictable wait times and strict transit-center drop-off rules.

Really great service at a great price. Phone reps are friendly. Drivers are friendly and safe. App is getting better each time I use it.

If you’re going to be arriving in the service area at a particular time, why can’t you schedule rides in this app before you get there? There’s even a scheduled trips button in the app but it does nothing. The dispatcher won’t let you schedule rides either. This is a basic feature other ride hailing apps have but this app with the weird name doesn’t. Update: app has gotten a bit better as more drivers were hired to ease the demand. One big problem: if you always get picked up and dropped off at the same locations, you can’t save that combination of pickup point/destination and instead have to trudge through a Next Next Next wizard interface to slowly get your request in. Another problem: Why does it take 15 (FIFTEEN) taps after opening the app to request a ride? In Uber and Lyft it takes 3. How hard is it to build an app that takes fewer taps?

The price for this service is unbeatable but if you are in any rush at all this service will only ever give you an exercise in anger and frustration. There is no way to schedule a ride in advance either so you can only ever roll the die and often you’ll be very unlucky with a 15-20+ minute wait time. Oh and the rule about the drop off zone at the transit center is very enraging, many times now I’ve been forced to watch the last bus home drive off as the zip driver slowly idles the lengthy route to the drop off zone with zero sense of urgency or care. Oh and the map is buggy too so there’s a good chance it’ll send the driver somewhere else, and of course driver response times to texts or calls are nonexistent so good luck reaching out to them
