60% of the time it is 100% right but only 38% of the right being wrong with rain forecast being right 2% right of the 38% wrong. The sunrise and sunset is only100% right and only works if I have not over slept or woke up too early then I only77% wrong because I don’t know the actual % which means under these circumstances but I could be right 23% under these conditions and circumstances. But never 100% right under any circumstances. Thank you
