I have very much appreciated the content of the various tracks; the only reason I give it 4 stars is because the background music of every single track is the same and I honestly get really tired of it! That might sound petty, but I'd much prefer the meditations to be voice-only. I listened a lot during my first trimester when I felt so awful, and now in my third trimester, the music just takes me back to those horrible nights and it's just not as calming as it could be. Please consider uploading the audio tracks without any background music! I would be forever thankful!!!

What a change this app has already made in my pregnancy (21 weeks). I feel so much more confident and relaxed listening to the tracks. Stack it with stretching, napping, falling asleep at night. It has brought me so much peace.
