User Reviews

Users praise Go.Learn for convenient mobile access to training, an easy-to-use interface, and simple progress tracking with mobile ILT joining. Many also note its organizational value for on-the-go learning. However, the most recurring complaints are stability and access issues: frequent crashes and white/blank screens requiring reinstall, persistent login/authentication problems, cross-device inconsistencies, and a glitchy sign-in flow (URL/QR) that often blocks access.
Pros
  • Convenient mobile access to training on the go with a clean, learner-friendly interface.
  • Easy-to-use learner experience with straightforward course browsing and the ability to pause/resume progress.
  • Ability to join ILT sessions on mobile and track progress with content loading generally reliable.
  • Valuable for organizations by enabling on-the-go learning and access to job aids and process flows.
Cons
  • Frequent crashes and loading failures, including white/blank screens, requiring reinstall.
  • Persistent login/authentication problems and credential errors across sessions.
  • Cross-device inconsistencies and features not translating well from desktop to mobile.
  • Problematic sign-in flow (URL or QR) and lack of native sign-in, which blocks access.

Sometimes it logs me out in the middle of training, sometimes it just won’t even load up. I have constantly had problems with this app and no hope for a update for bug fixes

Continually crashing so often I can’t study from it. The only way to solve this issue is delete the app and reinstall as it won’t even load after exiting and reopening. The course design is sleek once you get in but first you have to enter a URL or sign in via QR that can’t be found anywhere. The sign in is glitchy without a native sign in, but rather a diversion to an additional page then back to the app.

Can not log in to account. Easier to just go through company’s website.
