However, recurring problems include delivery delays and weak support, rewards inconsistencies, intrusive notifications, frequent app bugs, and confusing pricing/receipts. Overall, reliability and support issues outweigh the positives for many users, though some still have smooth experiences.

Pros

Easy and quick to use / navigate.
Central hub for finding and ordering from local restaurants (takeout).
Rewards/loyalty information viewable in one place.
Notes feature to customize restaurant orders.
For some users, the app works flawlessly and is the preferred way to get takeout.

Delivery delays and unreliable order fulfillment with weak or no live customer support.
Rewards/loyalty inconsistencies: rewards not applying, incorrect points, or not updating as promised.
Excessive notifications and pop-up review prompts; difficulty turning off or limiting notifications.

Recent reviews

The app does not allow you to put the correct number of digits for a credit card. It is three short. The app expects you to hold the position to scan the card for unlimited amount of time with you soon it either just never scans it or it tells you that it's can't do it. This app is absolutely useless and I will avoid companies which use it.
