User Reviews

Users broadly praise Yoga-Go for a relaxing, beginner-friendly experience that improves sleep, pain, breathing, flexibility, and balance, with popular chair yoga and short, varied videos. The main drawbacks are billing/cancellation problems and technical issues (video/audio quality). Some also want more guidance for advanced moves and more accessible support. Overall, many find value in the gentle routines, while billing and reliability concerns are the top pain points.
Pros
  • Relaxing and easy to follow, suitable for beginners.
  • Beginner-friendly with well-paced Tai Chi and yoga sessions.
  • Notable health benefits include better sleep, reduced pain (sciatica), and improved breathing.
  • Chair Yoga is a highlighted feature with variety and short options (including 7-minute videos).
  • Responsive and helpful customer service when contacting support.
Cons
  • Billing and cancellation issues, including unexpected charges and difficulty cancelling.
  • Video/audio quality and playback problems (buffering, static audio, and interruptions).
  • Limited guidance for advanced moves and lack of in-app tips or live support.
  • Difficulty repeating workouts or navigating progression in some sessions.

I've noticed that halfway or so through the exercises he starts to give instructions about when to breathe in and out and I think that should be given at the very beginning. Also sometimes the camera angle zooms in on him and it is hard to see exactly what he is doing. On the positive side I think he is very easy to listen to, a very calm presence. When I purchased the trial month it said my exercises would start on July 13 so that is when I started. But it turns out they started my subscription July 7 when I purchased the app. I did not start it though until July 13.
