MyLabcorp is Labcorp’s secure patient portal for viewing current and historical lab results, managing appointments, reviewing invoices, and paying bills. Existing Labcorp Patient users can sign in with their current credentials and access health data in one convenient mobile app.

The app includes an AI-powered experience that provides plain-language explanations of lab results, health trends, nutrition topics, and other educational information. Users can review data from up to 15 years alongside standard ranges, explore key health areas, and prepare questions for conversations with healthcare providers. MyLabcorp is designed to support health understanding and wellness—not provide diagnoses or treatment recommendations—and uses privacy and security controls aligned with HIPAA requirements.
