Overall, the app is praised for being easy to use and delivering fast, affordable service. However, recurring issues are common: lack of English language support, incomplete station data (not all stations available, no station maps, selection issues), buggy/unstable UX and incomplete features, ticket date errors during payment (next-day tickets), and international payment card problems. Addressing translations, expanding station coverage, improving stability, and fixing payment flows would significantly improve adoption, especially for foreign users and tourists.

How come there is no support for storing the tickets on the iOS wallet? Nearly all ticketing applications have this feature!

Unable to select the train stations, it looks like loading the station but after awhile throws request timeout error. Another broken or weird ui app just like many other Turkish private or government operated companies apps and websites. You got to perform better testing before going to production.
