I’m giving this app 1 star because it contains incorrect and misleading information. One of the questions says that blood pressure is NOT a vital sign, which is completely wrong. Blood pressure is a basic vital sign taught in all CNA and nursing programs. This kind of mistake is very concerning because students rely on this app to prepare for their exams. Incorrect answers can confuse learners and hurt their chances of passing. I would not recommend this app unless the content is reviewed and corrected. Accuracy is extremely important for healthcare education.
