I hired a 4.5-hour service including cleaning products. The mais showed up win no products, so I had to buy them around. The apartment was empty, with no furniture. I left the maid cleaning and went to work. After about 4.5 hours she texted me saying that she had finished it and left. When I went home it was noticeable that she hadn't finished it. I look for a customer success contact in the app, but couldn't find one. I had to search the Web and find an email. I asked for a refund, based in the article 49 of the Consumer Code, but all I got was a protocol number. Beware!
