আমি ১৪/০২/২৬ এ একটি টিকিট কেটেছিলাম,ওইটা ১৫ তারিখ যাওয়ার কথা ছিলো।যাওয়ার আগে একজন কল করে বলে যে আমার টিকিট ক্যেন্সেল করে দিসে।পরে শহজ ওই টাকা টা আর রিফান্ড করে নাই।আমার টাকা টা মেরে দিসে এরা।বাস কোম্পানির নাম কেটিসী হানিফ।।এরা প্রাতারক।
