Users generally find the app useful and express affection, but major drawbacks recur: incomplete character coverage (missing many Hiragana, dakuten/handakuten, and kanji), intrusive ads causing lag, and unreliable input/translation features. Touch input can be slow or unreliable (poor responsiveness or sensitivity issues).
