Recent reviews

Hard to open due to always ask health app. But never to that page. And can not sync newest insurance info. Can they make this app to be like “apple product” user experiences level ?

The app has a popup asking for me to review something and never lets me go to the next page or close out. Even if I force close the app it is still stuck. I have to delete and redownload the app every single message, chat, schedule etc because that popup appears and I cannot use the app.
