Features & Capabilities

Worx Landroid Chrome extension goes beyond a simple remote. It removes guesswork and lets your Landroid make informed decisions for your lawn, autonomously. Scheduling considers grass growth rate and your daily limits.

With AR, sizing your lawn is as easy as walking its perimeter. Set start times, exclude days, and adjust operating duration. For issues, contact app-support@positecgroup.com.

User Reviews

User reviews consistently show the Worx Landroid app works intermittently but is plagued by login/authentication problems, unreliable push notifications, and unstable connectivity that disrupt scheduling via Wi‑Fi or Bluetooth. Updates are cited as causing UI regressions (large, low-contrast elements) and removing features like the statistics tab, plus confusing boundary/zone setup with no integrated map. Some praise remains for long-term usefulness and basic control capabilities, but many say the app lags behind the mower firmware and needs significant stability and usability improvements.
Pros
  • Historically reliable and useful app for controlling and monitoring Worx Landroid mowers over several years.
  • Provides basic control and scheduling capabilities (manual control works and scheduling is supported).
  • When connected via Bluetooth, the app can display battery level/status, giving visibility into the mower's charge.
Cons
  • Frequent login/authentication problems, including repeated login prompts, password requirements, and lack of biometric login; auto-login issues.
  • Unreliable push notifications and alerts, with users reporting that notifications stop or don’t consistently arrive.
  • Connectivity and scheduling problems, including Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connection issues, schedules not triggering or showing as offline, and confusing setup during pairing.
  • UI and feature regressions after updates, such as removal of the statistics tab, large UI elements with low contrast, and overall usability issues that hinder quick access to needed data.
  • Boundary/zone features are unreliable or poorly supported in the app, with requests for an integrated map and easier boundary handling (edge mode often disabled or not functioning).

I love how it cuts

Really love these and I don’t see how anyone wouldn’t, seems to be the best robot mower available. One thing that would be awesome is if you could select from the APP which zone to mow and press go. My front yard has 4 zones and I never know which one it’s going to do, I just pause it at its searching zones and then press mow. The app user experience could use some work….. but the Landroids are AWESOME overall.
