User Reviews

Users frequently praise Enjin Wallet for its user-friendly interface, strong support, staking rewards, multi-chain/NFT capabilities, and ongoing updates. However, recurring concerns include friction with private-key import, iOS compatibility gaps, asset visibility/transfer bugs, inconsistent support responsiveness, and NFT claiming issues. Overall, the app is robust and well-supported, but reliability bugs and platform compatibility remain common pain points.

  • Active development and frequent updates to improve features.
Cons
  • Cannot paste or import private keys; manual key entry is required.
  • No iOS functionality / compatibility gaps on iOS.
  • Asset visibility and transfer bugs (assets disappearing, balances not showing, transfer issues).
  • Support responsiveness can be inconsistent or slow to address deposits and issues.
  • NFT claiming issues / rewards not delivered.

Look, I get security concerns, but not letting me paste my private key or password is just dumb. Typing out a long, complex key manually is not only frustrating but also increases the chance of mistakes. If someone is that paranoid about security, they should just buy a Ledger wallet instead of forcing this over-the-top restriction on everyone. Let people manage their own risk instead of making the experience unnecessarily annoying.
