The creations are awesome. We paid for the subscription but the sound wasn’t working. Then some of the selections wouldn’t open and now none will. I tried restarting my Phone, deleting and re-downloading the app, made sure my software is up to date, nothing worked. I have a newer model iPhone. Tried sending a help request in app and when I hit submit it said “error occurred” so what am I paying for exactly?

When I click on any of the sets nothing happens. I cannot go any further in the app to get the instructions for the project.

Subscribed to unlock all characters but none of them work. Don’t subscribe. It’s a waste of time and money. Your kid will be very frustrated trying to tap on each character and seeing the app do nothing. Getting a refund.
