User Reviews

TimeFinder is praised for its visual, intuitive time-blocking UI and strong cross-device syncing, plus responsive support and regular updates. However, users repeatedly note a paywall/subscription model, plus reliability problems like lag, crashes, and syncing issues across devices. Intrusive trial prompts and occasional desktop/watch instability further affect experience. Overall, the concept and design are well-liked, but pricing and performance concerns limit broader adoption.
Pros
  • Visually appealing and intuitive time-blocking UI with drag-and-drop and color customization.
  • Easily visualize and manage daily schedules, helping users stay on track.
  • Strong cross-device support and syncing across Mac, iPhone, and Apple Watch, with calendar/reminder integrations.
  • Responsive developer with frequent updates and quick customer support, including feature additions such as watch integration and third-party integrations.
Cons
  • Subscription/paywall model blocks many features; free version is limited and pricing is often viewed as opaque or misleading.
  • Reliability issues across devices: lag, syncing delays, crashes on Mac/PC, and watch app problems.
  • Intrusive free-trial prompts/popups with difficulty exiting.
  • Desktop stability and sign-in/login issues reported by users.
  • UI clutter or a desire for a simpler layout and additional features (e.g., categories or subtasks).

This is exactly the app i was looking for to help organize my life. A little background, i use to be a consistent time blocker and scheduler a few years back and then through various events I stopped doing it and fell off. A couple weeks ago I realized life hasn’t been as fulfilling as it once was, and it was for various reasons, but one thing I thought back was to when i was time blocking how excited I was to start my day. But one thing was I could never find an app that can be as flexible as I was, or one thst was user friendly. This is a GOD SEND, I hope God blesses the person and the team that made this possible abundantly. 20 dollars is a STEAL for the year, i would easily pay 2x thst for this functionality. I love the focus mode too; it combines a future schedule with current tracking when you want it, LOVE everything about this app
