BUKALA

BUKALA is a mobile time attendance and leave management app by CompuPower for iOS. It enables employees to submit leave requests to supervisors, monitor leave records, and view remaining balances. Supervisors can approve or disapprove requests anytime from a mobile device, with real-time notifications and access to subordinate leave data.

In addition to leave management, BUKALA provides monthly time attendance statistics (time in/out, late, absent, leave, overtime) presented in a monthly calendar, helping both employees and supervisors identify discrepancies and take timely action.
