糖尿飲食管理 讓參與糖尿飲食研究項目的人製作日常飲食記錄、遞交糖尿相關活動問卷，讓負責研究項目的營養師與參與項目人士會面時，能按個別情況提供意見改善日常飲食和活動。

糖尿飲食管理 除了讓參與人士在食物列表中選擇食物*，也提供廣東話語音輔助功能把食物加入飲食紀錄，方便用餐時記錄食物^

備註： *食物列表只提供研究項目的對象食物，參與人士無需記錄食物列表中沒有提供的食物。 ^語音輸入功能只為輔助性質，可能受環境或個別人士語言習慣影響準確性。參與人士可改用食物列表選擇食物。

This App allows participants of the Diet Research keep track of their diet records and submit diabetic related questionnaires to the research team. So that nutritionists of the Diet Research can analyse and provide particular advice to individual participant.

Participants compose their daily diet records by picking consumed foods/drinks from the available food list*. For added convenience, users may also use the Cantonese speech input feature to pick consumed items^

Remarks:

• The available food list provides ONLY foods/drinks of interest to the Diet Research. Participants are not required to record consumed foods/drinks not available in the food list. ^ Cantonese speech input feature is an optional feature. Performance may be affected by environment of individual speech habit. Participants should manually pick items from the food list when in doubt.
