Users broadly enjoy PS Logistics for its ease of use, robust loading and tracking capabilities, and breadth of features in a single app. However, recurring problems hinder daily use: inconsistent Samsara ELD integration creates workflow inefficiencies and fragmented load handling; sometimes loads don’t appear in the loads tab, complicating visibility; payroll and deductions data sometimes fail to load or appear inaccurately; and there are frequent glitches that signal the need for major updates. Overall, the app is valuable and convenient but reliability and integration issues have been repeatedly noted.

Pros

Very easy to use and convenient.
Good loading and tracking system.
Wide range of features and functionality in a single app.
Long-term reliability and user satisfaction.

Cons

Samsara ELD integration is weak and causes inefficiencies and fragmented load handling.
Loads sometimes do not appear in the loads tab, making visibility hard (seen on iPhone in some cases).
Pay/payroll and deductions issues, including payroll loading problems and unclear deductions.
Frequent glitches and a need for major updates / reliability concerns.

All the praises & thanks belong to Allah. I been over going on a 1 year with P&S Oct.25 & 2 yrs of my having my CDL’s driving Flatbed the whole time on that same day Oct.25, 2023. So no doubt I feel pretty good about myself with whole humility with me saying that. It’s been a journey for me to get to where I’m at. And it’s a reason for me to be over here running with P&S no question it’s all part of the plan. Good company we don’t deliver good We deliver great.
