User Reviews

Many users report that iCSee Pro used to work reliably but has become plagued by intrusive advertisements, monetization changes (cloud storage and subscription), and recurring connectivity and login problems. Reviewers note difficulty viewing local SD card footage without paying for cloud storage, startup ads delaying access, and some facing charges after canceling. Overall sentiment is negative due to decreased usability and security concerns, with several calls for alternative apps.
Pros
  • Early versions offered reliable camera connectivity.
  • Supported use with multiple cameras and live viewing.
  • Generally usable before intrusive ads became prevalent.
Cons
  • Intrusive advertisements at startup and during use, including in the Pro version, hindering quick access to feeds.
  • Cloud storage subscription is required to view recordings; local SD card video/alarms viewing can be blocked without cloud access.
  • Frequent connectivity/login issues (difficulty connecting, unknown user/password messages, sign-outs).
  • Billing problems, including being charged after cancellation.

Now the app is begging to add another of my apps to its view. Here’s an idea, focus on your own app and leave the others out of it. People this thing called iCPro is not at all what you believe it to be. Stay away from it!

After the newest update on iPhone it now forces me to use a touch screen joystick to move camera around ..before I just had to swip in the direction I wanted the camera to move and it would move ..it wouldn’t be so bad but the latency and lag of the joystick is so bad I cannot get it to ever go where I wanted and stop without overshooting it by a bunch I understand trying to update an old app but you don’t have to add features no one wanted period ..or atleast make it where it’s an optional feature
