I never get a ride from joyride ever except for the few people that did pick me up last year but I don’t think they are there anymore so I don’t get picked up anymore. I am a Young Black women that only trying to get to work on time and balance school as well I’ve contacted joyride about this they still haven’t done anything to fix this issue and it happens everytime I try to put in a ride so I gave up on the app completely and NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND USING IT. OR NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY ELSE.

This is the best way to book a ride in Tuscaloosa. It’s cheaper than Uber and Lyft! This app is great because you can pay right on it and you can see where the drivers are when they’re on the way. I love the ease and reliability JoyRide provides and this app is the best way to get a ride from them. I mean, who doesn’t love taking golf carts around town!?!
