UPDATE: One of the developers stated there was a technical issue with the website and the privacy policy is now available. Thank you! DO NOT USE THIS APP UNTIL THERE IS A PRIVACY POLICY. This link to the Privacy Policy for this app is broken and no privacy policy seems to exist. Completely unacceptable for a company offering an app that stores private medical information.

I was excited for this app to track my unique symptoms I’m experiencing for my upcoming neurology appointment but once I added my symptoms to track, the app shut off while I was using, and now it will not open. I’ve shut my phone off several times and it still will not work.
