I have a yearly subscription. The app doesn’t open anymore. I tried emailing support on the website but the website doesn’t open either. I tried looking for an update or public statement for the app but found nothing. I don’t wanna delete and reinstall the app because I’ll lose all my progress. I love the app I just wish I could get an update. I hope it gets up and running again.

After a free trail period ended. When I opened the app it said I can try a free week trial!! It said it big bold letters free trial for a week if I click and it said it will be 4$ per month or $53 per month. But it said free trail for a week!!! So I clicked I got charged right away for the entire year!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I tried contacting them and there’s no way to contact them. I can send pics of proof but it’s not letting me on this review either.
