Quick Task App

The Quick Task Mobile app is a platform for technicians working with Quickcontractors.com to access and complete their work orders. This application is an extension of our web portal that is geared towards the technician’s daily schedule. The design is to walk the user through the steps to complete the paper work for a service at a customer’s home; ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation of the site before and after the service, have been recorded and signed off on. This application has real time notifications and document syncing with our web portal when connected to data or WiFi, which allows the user to be up to date at all time. Quick Task also recognizes when the device is not connected to data or WiFi and will store all necessary documents associated with the job, until the information can sync with the web portal when the device re-connects. The app also offers features such as the ability to search and updated future work orders, access to the technician’s key performance index and much more. Quick Task is all about convenience, eliminating the need to do paperwork later.
