I’ve been with MagFedCU for 20 years and have been requesting the company to give customers the option to hide old cards, before MagFedCU even had an app. The request was ignored then for the website and it’s still being ignored now for the app. No other financial institution continues showing customers old cards that are no longer active, it causes confusion and serves no purpose. What purpose does it serve to continue showing me a non-active card in 2026 on my dashboard, that I lost back in 2007? The card was reported lost immediately and probably expired over 15 years ago. I don’t need to see this card, it’s not relevant to my account today in 2026. Ignoring feedback like this for decades, has always been a problem at MagFedCU and has contributed to the company being ranked last behind other institutions on features, services, and a polished app and website experience. Ignoring feedback and not working to implement said feedback from customers and staffing, impacts EVERYONE.
